Our Project Experience & Active Engagements
At JMR-073 Global Marine FZ-LLC, we are actively involved in a range of vessel, crewing, registration, and distribution initiatives across key maritime regions. Backed by decades of real maritime experience and an international partner network, our company offers not only ongoing support to current clients, but also a strong legacy of completed brokerage and operational work carried out by our founder, Capt. Jeyhun Mirzayev.
While several of the below projects are in progress or under expansion, each reflects the practical scope, reliability, and market trust we continue to build across the global shipping community.
Newbuilding Supervision
Our team provided technical and contractual supervision throughout the construction of a fast crew boat. The project was delivered within schedule and aligned with class and client specifications.
ASD Tug Supervision – Newbuild Project
Status: Under Construction
Scope: Yard supervision, class compliance, final delivery
A new ASD harbor tug is under construction with JMR-073 providing technical assistance, milestone supervision, and class documentation oversight on behalf of our client.
VENOL Motor Oil – Strategic Distribution Rollout
Status: Active Expansion Phase
Scope: Multi-region commercial agreements in progress
We are building long-term commercial ties across the UAE and international markets for the authorized dealership of VENOL motor oils. Marketing, supply chain, and marine sector positioning are being deployed across selected territories.
Flag Registration & Compliance Consultancy
Status: Ongoing Support
Scope: Bareboat registry, endorsement, flag consultation
We are working with clients to prepare, review, and coordinate all necessary documentation for flag changes, crew endorsements, and compliance with selected registries.
Brokerage & Chartering – Global Ship Sourcing
Status: Continuous Engagement
Scope: Offshore unit sales, charter support, owner-side advisory
Through Capt. Jeyhun Mirzayev’s 25+ years of experience, numerous brokerage and chartering deals have been successfully completed. We continue to assist clients in locating and acquiring offshore tonnage with strategic negotiation support.
